Slowly

Slowly, like the way the summer rain cloud club
rolls into the area during a monsoon,
this is the way I do most things now
that really mean something to me,
and I only apologize that I did not
do the slow things sooner.
When they needed doing, I was too busy
doing the wrong things very quickly.
Nowadays, it seems that al...l the right things,
like a good meal, are those things that seem
to take forever.

Love slow
Drive slower
Eat slower
Sing more
Look longer
Drink more tea
Get to know a few people well
Wait longer
